Crappie Fishing Late Winter Into Spring | Hugh Krutz Fishing blog: "Well I have finally put the hunting gear away and started getting the fishing gear ready. I have enjoyed my little break from crappie fishing over the last several months. For the last ten years or so I have fished twelve months out of the year, but this year I spent some time off chasing deer and ducks. I had a very successful season even though I didn’t get a deer I witnessed some of the best deer action I have ever seen. Luckily the mallards were plentiful so I got to shoot my gun, but that’s for another day as this blog is about fishing!"
